I graduated with a first-class Linguistics degree from the University of Warwick in 2024, including a year studying Gender and Diversity at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I'm currently working in social and deliberative research at a London agency, whilst engaging with Linguistics research on the side. I'm also a poet and have performed at a range of events in the UK and the Netherlands.
Areas of Expertise
I am interested in Sociolinguistics, Phonetics and Sociophonetics, Cognitive Linguistics, and Psycholinguistics. I also am interested in combining quantitative and qualitative approaches to linguistic research.
I'm passionate about making Linguistics more inclusive and accessible. I have run talks and workshops with schools and businesses on topics such as introductions to Linguistics, how words shape our world, and why we need inclusive language.
